All sales made through this website are final and by completing a purchase you agree to these terms. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or accidental orders, so please ensure all product details and sizing are checked carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled as items are immediately reserved and processed. Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery information at checkout, and while we will attempt to assist where possible, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and results in a failed delivery, responsibility remains with the customer. In the event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear evidence so the issue can be reviewed, and depending on the situation we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. All products are released in limited quantities and may sell out without notice, and certain items may be randomly assigned where stated as part of the product system and cannot be changed after purchase. Once an order has been dispatched we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
